The DDB B, built from healthcare
Technical Proposal Prepared for Dallah Health · Confidential

Creativity is the most powerful force in business.

We have believed that since 1949, and built one of the world's most enduring creative networks on it. This document sets out who DDB is, how we work, and what we would put against your business.

Executive summary

Why DDB.

You are choosing an operating partner, not a supplier. The question is whether an agency can hold a standard across everything you make, everywhere you appear, for as long as it takes — and prove it worked.

Four reasons we believe we are the right answer.

01

A founding creative network

DDB has been in continuous practice since 1949 and remains one of the most awarded creative networks in the world. That longevity matters: it means the standards, the craft disciplines, and the institutional knowledge are already built — you are not funding an agency's learning curve.

02

Global knowledge, delivered locally

Category learning, planning tools, production standards and measurement frameworks travel across 90+ markets and land in Riyadh. They are then rebuilt for a Saudi audience, in Arabic, by a team that lives here — not adapted from a template written somewhere else.

03

Full-service under one roof

Strategy, creative, production, digital, social, CRM, media and analytics sit in one operating structure with Omnicom partners alongside. Fewer handoffs, one accountable team, and no gaps between the idea and the thing that actually ships.

04

We are accountable to results

Every engagement is instrumented from day one. We agree what success looks like before we start, report against it continuously, and change what is not working. Creativity is the method; commercial performance is the point.

Who we are

Since 1949.

Doyle Dane Bernbach began with a conviction that was, at the time, close to heresy: that creativity is not decoration on a business, it is the most reliable competitive advantage a business has.

Bill Bernbach's agency changed how the industry worked — putting writers and art directors together, arguing for the audience's intelligence, and treating persuasion as a craft rather than a volume game. Nearly eight decades later, the principle has not needed updating. The tools have.

Today DDB operates across more than ninety markets. In Saudi Arabia we are tphDDB: a Riyadh agency with the full weight of the network behind it, working with clients across healthcare, finance, retail, government and culture.

Network & knowledge

What comes
with us.

Appointing a network agency should give you access to more than the people in the room. These are the things that arrive with the contract.

Category intelligence

Healthcare and regulated-category experience from multiple markets — what has been tried, what cleared compliance, and what actually moved the numbers.

Planning & research tools

Audience segmentation, brand tracking and creative pre-testing frameworks used across the network, applied to Saudi audiences.

Production infrastructure

In-house and network production for film, stills, audio, digital and print — with the scale to absorb volume without dropping craft.

Omnicom partners

Media planning and buying, data and analytics, CRM, PR and experiential available as an integrated team rather than separate contracts.

Governance & standards

Established QA, brand-compliance and approvals processes — the reason work stays consistent when volume increases.

A local senior team

Day-to-day leadership based in Riyadh, in your timezone, fluent in Arabic craft and the realities of working in the Kingdom.

Methodology

The Power
to Move.

A brand system crafted to do exactly what it promises — provide our clients with an emotional edge.

It is what enables us to create emotionally charged creative that moves people, brands, markets and culture. Seven steps, run on every engagement.

People

The team on
your business.

Agencies are not buildings or credentials. They are the specific people who turn up for your business — and these are yours.

Named, senior, and based in Riyadh.

Production partners

The houses
we build with.

Production is not outsourced guesswork. These are the houses we work with regularly, on the ground in the Kingdom, with the facilities and crews to match the ambition of the work.

deliver.

Already working together

We are already
in the building.

Dallah Health work already moves through our studio — awareness programmes, service launches, health education and hospital communications, across Riyadh, Makkah, Al Ahsa and Khobar.

No onboarding curve. No discovery tax. No relearning the medical and regulatory guardrails. Every week not spent on introductions is a week spent on the work.

Ways of working

How the
partnership runs.

The operational commitments that sit behind the work.

01

One accountable team

A named senior team on your business, with clear escalation and no rotating faces. You always know who is answerable for what.

02

Agreed service levels

Response times, turnaround windows and approval routes documented at the start, so expectations are a matter of record rather than goodwill.

03

Transparent commercials

Clear scopes, resource plans and rate cards. Production quoted openly, with no undisclosed margin between the estimate and the invoice.

04

Reporting you can act on

Regular performance reviews written in plain language, with recommendations attached — not dashboards you have to interpret yourself.

Let's get
to work.

Thank you for your time.
